What are Camp Hollow products made from?
Our keepsakes are crafted using carefully selected materials, chosen for their beauty, quality and longevity. Every piece is thoughtfully made to be treasured for years to come.
- Cake Toppers are crafted from fine porcelain and hand-painted by skilled artisans. Each topper is finished with genuine gold detailing, which is hand-applied and kiln-fired onto the porcelain for a lasting premium finish.
- Necklaces feature our signature hand-painted porcelain pendants, paired with a durable stainless steel chain finished with gold cladding.
- Birthday Candles are hand-sculpted from natural beeswax and coloured using natural dyes, creating beautiful candles that are almost too lovely to burn.
Are Camp Hollow products hand-painted?
Yes. Every Camp Hollow piece is individually hand-painted, making each one beautifully unique. Subtle variations in color, details and finish are part of the charm and character of handcrafted porcelain.
Are your cake toppers and birthday candles food safe?
Yes. Our porcelain cake toppers and natural beeswax birthday candles are designed to be used on celebration cakes. We recommend gently wiping your cake topper clean before and after each use, allowing it to dry completely before returning it to its treasure box for safekeeping.
How should I care for my Camp Hollow keepsakes?
Our porcelain keepsakes should be handled with care and stored safely between celebrations. To preserve their hand-painted finish, we recommend gently dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh cleaning products. Are Camp Hollow keepsakes suitable for children?
Camp Hollow keepsakes are decorative collectibles rather than toys. They should be handled with care and kept out of reach of young children unless supervised by an adult.
I've seen a cake topper, but I can't purchase it. Why?
Some of our cake toppers are created exclusively for the Wish of the Month Club and aren't available through our main collection. Active members receive these limited-edition releases as part of their subscription and can also shop previous designs through the members-only Club Store while stock lasts. What is the Wish of the Month Club?
The Wish of the Month Club is Camp Hollow's monthly subscription for collectors. Each month, members receive an exclusive limited-edition cake topper, complete with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. What is the process for designing and creating Camp Hollow pieces?
From imagination to creation, Camp Hollow pieces take around 3 to 4 months to produce. We begin with a concept for a new nature-inspired necklace, figurine, or cake topper, and start the design process with pencil sketches and digital drawings. From there, we sculpt the design from clay, a mold is produced by our partners who pour a ceramic slip cast. The pieces are then fired, painted, glazed, and fired again. We assess for quality before assembling and attaching the gold steel hardware, and finally gift wrap each piece in our signature storybook packaging. Your Camp Hollow treasures are now ready to be shipped out for free and delivered magically fast!
Do you have length and metal options for necklace chains?
All Camp Hollow necklaces come on 24 inch 24k gold steel chains, but we do honor custom chain requests. Please write a note in your order if you would prefer a silver chain, or an 18 inch chain instead of our standard.
Does Camp Hollow take custom orders?
We are not able to accomodate custom design orders at this time, though we are always interested in hearing requests for future products!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship Camp Hollow keepsakes worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, so you'll be able to review all available shipping options before completing your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have a Camp Hollow account, you can also view your order status from your account page. If you placed your order using the Shop app, you can track it there too.
If you have your order number, you can also ask Gus, our chatbot assistant, for the latest update on your order. If you need any further help, please contact us at service@camphollow.com.
Can I change my delivery information?
Yes. If you've placed an order and noticed your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If you created your account through our website, you can update your delivery address in your customer account. If you placed your order using the Shop app, you'll need to update it there.
Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you're unsure or need any assistance, please email us at service@camphollow.com, and we'll do our best to help before your order is shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at service@camphollow.comwith your order number and a few photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your request as quickly as possible and offer either a replacement or a refund, whichever option you prefer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
